The delivery time for products may vary according to the region of delivery, place of product availability and payment method. The calculation of shipping and delivery time can be simulated after adding the products of interest to the shopping cart and clicking Calculate Shipping.

 

All purchases made through the website www.uvcleanstore.com.br are delivered through the MAIL via PAC or SEDEX. The freight charge is borne by the customer.

Orders are posted to the MAIL via PAC or SEDEX within 3 business days after confirmation of receipt of the order amount by Riole's finance department.

After posting, we will send an email containing the object code posted for tracking delivery at the post office website, such as the rules for receiving the goods.

PAC (From 1 to 15 working days, depending on the location).

SEDEC (From 1 to 5 working days, depending on the location).

If there is any delay due to force majeure in the posting by Riole, the customer will be informed of the situation by email or phone.

We will send the goods to the delivery address filled in the order, if the customer has filled in the wrong address and the goods are returned to us by Mail, it will be necessary to pay a new postage by the customer so that we can resend the goods with the correct address.
